ARA DURAK TANKI SETLERİ
RECEIVING JAR SETS
Sağılan süt ilk olarak ara durak tankına gelir. Burada belirli bir seviyeye geldiği
32011 zaman seviye tespit çubuğu aktarma panosu aracılığı ile aktarma pompasını
devreye sokar ve sütün soğutma tankına aktarılmasını sağlar. Ara durak
tankın üzerine takılan cam fanus olası bir arıza kaynaklı olarak sütün taşması
durumunda içindeki top yükselerek vakum girişini kapatır ve sağımı durdurarak
sütün vakum pompasına gitmesini engeller.

Firstly milk is brought to the receiving jar. When it reaches a certain level here, the level
indicator rod activates the transfer pump via the level indicator panel and allows it to be
transferred to the cooling tank.The sanitary trap fitted on the receiving jar is caused by a
possible malfunction, and in case of overflow, the ball rises and closes the vacuum inlet
and stops the milking of the vacuum pump by stopping the milking.

SIVI SEVİYE TESPİT TAKIMI
LEVEL INDICATOR SET

Seviye tespit panosu, seviye tespit çubuğundan aldığı sinyal ile süt aktarma
pompasını istenilen süre (standart 30 sn) kadar çalıştırır. Üzerinde bulunan
manuel çalıştırma butonu ile de kumanda edilebilir. Sağım sonrasında ara durak
tankında, seviye tespit çubuğunun altında kalan az miktardaki sütü de bu buton
sayesinde tanka aktarır.
Sıvı seviye tespit çubuğu üzerinde bulunan mıktanıslı halka ara durak tankına
toplanan sıvı ile birlikte yükselerek içerisindeki kontak sayesinde aktarma
panosuna sinyal gönderir. Bu sinyal sayesinde seviye tespit panosu üzerinden süt
aktarma pompasını çalıştırır.
Level indicator panel; with the signal received from the level indicator rod, the milk transfer
pump operates for the desired time (standard 30 sec). It can also be operated with the
manual operation button on it. In the receiving jar after milking, the small amount of milk
left under the level indicator rod is also transferred to the tank by this button.
The magnetic ring on the level indicator rod rises with the liquid collected in the receiving
jar and sends a signal to the transfer panel through the contact in it. This signal activates
the milk transfer pump via the level indicator panel.
